At Raffles Shopping Center, there was really just 1 art display by Isaac Montoya. The art was outside the mall, and you get to stand in a red/blue cubicle to see the display =)
Fantasmas (Phantoms)
The rainbow coloured potrait though of a young woman screaming; layered within are 2 more images, revealed through red and blue filters.
Both the hidden images are suppose to represent the tragedy present in other places around the world, whilst the picture with raw eyes a picture more familiar and friendly to our consumer laden culture (so the description says).
I guess this blue one really highlights the grievances of some.
The Singapore Flyer
The flyer was not part of the display, we walked quite a distance to get to the Flyer, and decided it wasn't worth paying to ride on it. Its really like the eye of Malaysia. But there were a couple of buildings around, and we figured the view wasn't going to be great, plus it was day time, i would have preferred a night view.
Oh..and this one..is a music + art display in one of the containers at the Marina Bay venue...Listen to the music...and appreciate art...whats missing?...hmmm a hot cup of tea in hand?Thats all for part 2 of the Biennale, not sure if i'll write a part 3, i still have tons of pics...we'll see...

Fantasmas has three layers actually. Red, Blue, and I think green.
The green layer is what predominates the picture before you see it through the filters actually. A quick photoshop reveals a woman clad in an expensive fur coat with some animal. She's either laughing in mirth, or screaming. I think she's laughing though.
