Thoughts at 9:40pm

I think it was last weekend that we went for the rat race..oh hang on..i think it was the weekend before that. Last weekend i actually had my first taste of Futsal. It was pretty exciting i must say though i can't say i am about to go book courts and play every other week. Anyway the purpose of the futsal challenge was to fund a single mum's project, it's always feels good to play for a good cause, even if it might mean public humiliation, and thankfully that did not happen. I am no pro, but i wouldn't consider myself a "Kaki Bangku" as well...wow~! I am impressing myself.....I actually remember some stuff from primary school.

Well that's us (@ the rat race organize by Bursa Malaysia & The Edge, haven't uploaded futsal pics yet) all happy and dry till the heavy downpour...Time does flies...i know its such a cliche, but then again an undeniable fact. Wonder how would it feel to be back in college again, i certainly miss my friends, not that i don't like my colleagues, but yes, its a different playing field all together. And it's always at times like this, that you learn to appreciate, the people you'll soon miss, and the place which now feels like home. Such is life.

Speaking of life, I've been having this queer dreams of late, which seems so real, yet reality suggest otherwise. Dreams remains a mystery to many, scientist included. In the bible, young men see visions and old man dream dreams, and god often spoke to people through dreams, is He speaking now?...if you are, perhaps you might want to speaker louder and clearer? and yes GOD is certainly a mystery. We cannot fathom his mercy, or his unconditional love, neither can we comprehend his anger or why he disciplines those he love. All these gives meaning to love, faith and trust. Attributes, characteristics that the world today lacks. Though many once did, yet along the way, people have disappointed them. This reminds me of a song at Ps Caleb's ordination. This is part of that beautiful chorus.

People Need the Lord
People Need the Lord
At the end of broken dreams
People Need the Lord

What i remembered most was how the song in itself moved hearts, my included. And despite all the burdens, hurts, scars inflicted upon us. We know the greater calling is to reach out and make a difference in someone else's life.
