I wish I had the guts to loudly shout "off with the mask!" to some people, but self control aside, culture dictates that i verbalize such emotions with more tact. But truly, its a challenge, to be "me" in the society we live in today. Whether its the way we dress, our weight, our complexion, and most of us fall victim to becoming what the society asks of us.
In fighting for freedom and individuality..we have unknowingly conformed more. Ironic ain't it. Our many attempts to be an anti-conformist/ non conformist often futile...
